Hydration Tips
- Drink water first thing in the morning
- Carry a water bottle throughout the day
- Drink before, during, and after exercise
- Eat water-rich foods (fruits, vegetables)
- Light yellow urine indicates good hydration
- Increase intake when sick or in hot weather
